Can anyone advise me or help with the below..?
Yesterday I attempted to convert my original rFactor 1 purchase to a Steam Key, I entered my IMA purchase order number and the email address which it was purchased with and was given the message telling me I would be emailed my Steam Key however I've still not received the email, I've attempted the process again and it say "Steam key already assigned"
I've done the same thing for my rFactor 2 purchase and that worked fine however I haven't received the email with the Steam key for my rFactor 1 purchase, I've sent a follow up email and not heard anything back, does anyone know how long this can take at all, I thought from the sound of the message the email with the Steam Key would be sent pretty much straight away
