I watched some part of the race...
Man, I am still so amaze to see so much close competition between so much different cars...
Yeah I know that safety Car help to keep the gap down... but finishing within 2secs for all class after 24hours of racing is really really amazing I think !

Really enjoyed the race, mostly because of the nice coverage from imsa.tv ... not having to look for a working stream all the time made it so much more enjoyable, no ads was a nice bonus too! And the commentary was really nice, one could hear they enjoyed themselves
The race was quite exciting too, although as AceLain suggested a lot of it is down to Safety Car but thats just how it works in America I guess. The Corvette DP is one of the most (if not the most) beautiful modern race cars for me, wouldn't mind ISI licencing it
Seeing the DP's working their way through the field, three wides on the banking, glowing brake discs, sparks ... ah I really loved it all, Daytona is a good start to the new Motorsport year!
