Rfactor ENB and TVStyle Mods not working Windows 10

For some reason, Windows 10 is causing compatibility problems with these two popular mods for rFactor and I have no idea how to fix it. It may have something to do with the d3d9.dll. Someone, anyone if there is a solution an you know about it help all of us using rFactor on these operating systems. Thank you for you support! :)
 
I don't use W 10 but my "default" question in such cases always is: Did you try running rFactor "as Administrator"?
And the next: did you try with installing the latest DX9 over the top?
