rFactor crashes after track loads

Hello
After any track loads in rFactor (any series, any track it seems), the track loads completely and I can see the track page with the little shot of my car in the garage for just a few seconds before rFactor crashes to the desktop. Can anyone help me out with this?

Probably only if you don't have any mods installed. If you do, it'll be either a mod or plugin you installed.

Same problem here. The game works only without having any mods installed.

But the solution surely can't be "use no mods" ?
 
Same here, my game stops responding after a few days, no fix for this whatsoever :/
