Returning Simmer Needs Help Re-activating rFactor - New E-mail Address

I'm just returning into dabbling with racing sims after a very long layoff (4 years?). I'm re-installing various sims onto my system and would like to re-install/activate rFactor (which I purchased probably 4-5 years ago). The trouble is that I no longer have my activation code (nor the rfactor .exe file) and rFactor was purchased under an e-mail address that I no longer have (and can no longer access since I've moved and have a new cable provider/ISP)).

The reactivation procedure recognized my purchase when I entered the old e-mail address, but it apparently sent the info to the old e-mail address that I can't access. I did not see any way to tell it my new e-mail address using this procedure.

Can anyone help me explain how I can get my old activation code sent to my existing e-mail address instead of my old, defunct one?

Contact trymedia, send them info about old and new email addy as well as registration data which has been sent you in registration email
 
Thanks for the quick responses! I've contacted Trymedia and they've already sent me my re-activation code! Will be re-installing shortly....
