To become only 3rd women in history to win a NHRA World Championship has been a long road.

P.S. Only the 5th time in NHRA history any World Championship has been decided in the final race of the season.

Oh that's right, sorry I forgot, there is no skill in Drag Racing, no different to any set of traffic lights.

2014 World Champ Erica wins with a 0.002 Red Light, Jason broke the beam 0.009 sooner.

 
The lack of responses does not automatically mean people disagree or rather bag Danica then praise a woman driver.
the lack of responses might just be people not into drag racing :)

Personally I could not care less, woman or no woman, drag racing does nothing for me.

But, still pretty epic, I like it when women show up and do well in motorsports, pretty cool and we need more :)

That's it right there ;)

Drag racing breeds family, culture and tradition that say 8 year old girls can drive junior dragsters with licences and under match race conditions at NHRA sanctioned events.

Where your average go kart club they would have trouble being taken seriously.

That is why so many women are successful in the top rung of drag racing I think, family and it may sound corny but good old fashioned values and supporting each other.

What other majors motorsports has 3 women multi World Champions and over 100 titles ?

It is absolutely not because drag racing is any easier either. ;)
