A few friends and I play this game on a sever. We are real Green to this and only have 2 tracks and 1 class to race with (spotmods). how do we get more tracks to the online servers and more classes? any help would be great

Not sure what you mean.
Is it your own server? Then simply install more mods and tracks.
Is it just a server from the ingame serverlist? Then you can't do anything than to ask the server-owner if he would be so kind to install more mods/tracks.
And what do you mean with "spotmods"?
