New 1930s-1950s tracks..

Recently I started updating some interesting but dated GPL tracks which are authentic for the 1937 mod (with permission from authors ofcourse).

Tripoli was my first release so it's merely a texture update, with Torino I added and fixed more stuff.

Edit - Able to test and both are excellent. FYI - I'll have to reduce bumpamplitude on Tripoli to save my G27.
