Need help, trying to activate rfactor

Hey

I seem to have a problem activating rFactor 1. I have played this game since 3 years back and had no problems activating rFactor1 until now after that I have made a new system install to windows 10.

I have entered my product key and e-mail but after clicking on the activation icon i only get a small message saying "System change. Contact"
This message makes no sense to me at all.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Look HERE, focus on the ACTIVATION section and you will find this hint:

Note: If you purchased rFactor before November 2012, you will need to convert your old Purchase Order Number into a Key.

I said 3 years back not 4, I first purchased rFactor in 2013 so I should not have to convert any order number to a key, I've already got a key. This link only says if you have FORGOT your key and I have not. And even if i use this link I still get same product key that I got the first time 3 years ago. Doesn't convert or renews anything.
