Help! Lagg problems.

Hello! I'm really in despair.

I'm playing in my own league of rfactor1 and I have lot of lagg problems just with the rfactor game, I usually play all kind of online video games and I haven't got lagg in any game. I have it only when I start the rfactor in a dedicated server. I try to solve it doing all things I read at forums. The extrange thing is that only I have this problems with rfactor1 game and the other people of my rf league have always a normal ping.

Disable VSync first of all in-case you're using it. Also, if using an Nvidia GPU, set Pre-Rendered Frames to 1 in the rFactor profile in your Nvidia control panel.
 
Some more information would be helpful.

- Is the Dedicated server on a seperate PC or is it the same that you use for driving?
- What kind of connection do you have (bandwith) and how are you connected, by wire or wireless?
- Do you have a private network, where other PC's run parallel when you race?
- Some information about PC-hardware would be good too.
- Do you have lag that you see on the monitor, like short freezes or stuttering frames.
- Or do you see the others laging?
- Do the others see you laging?
- When you join another server, do you still have lag?
- Is it happening with all mods/tracks

Lag can be caused by so many things, that every information can help to find out what the reason is.

Dedicated server at ovh company.

Wire. 10mb/1mb Tenerife (Spain).

No, I have only my computer.

No, just the ping starts at 100 and goes up to 800. I have over 500 fps.

When I see others, I see the same problem.

Yes.

- When you join another server, do you still have lag?

Yes, the same thing always happens to me. It is sometimes solved by restarting the computer several times.

- Is it happening with all mods/tracks

It has happened with all the mods. Thanks Spinelli and redapg.

That sounds as if you would have a problem with the connection.
Do you know people that use the same provider?

Do they have similar problems?

What result do you get when you ping your own computer?
 
I think it is no problem with the connection, because the ping on the same server teamspeak that gives me 78 ms. When connected to the server rfactor rises to 800 ms at the same time to 78 ms in teamspeak.

I don't know more people with the same provider. :(
 
Hmm, do you have any Anti-Virus software running?
Or maybe a software which is running, that causes a conflict with rFactor.

It sounds strange that a single software seems to be restricted in internet connectivity.
