Fanatec CSR wheel alignment problems

I have had the Fanatec CSR wheel for about a year now, and have used it extensively playing Forza and F1. When I got rfactor 2, i noticed my wheel randomly goes out of alignment by about 6-12 degrees, and needs to be reset to center position.

I played the first rfactor a while back, and had similar problems with my wheel, but I never really thought about it. Does anyone know why my wheel might be doing this?

Any help is appreciated!

I wasn't sure if it was a problem with the wheel itself, since it has never happened on anything other than rfactor. However I will ask them about it too

center it in the fanatec wheel property page ( controllers ) then check it back in game if no good go to link and see whats there
 
I would check to see if you have the latest firmware.

If so, a re-flash couldn't hurt, plus you can re-center the wheel and reset it whilst in debug mode.
