AI Problem on Server

Hi !

First of all sorry for my school english im fro Germany :) but ill try...so...

We have a little 10 Slot rFactor 1 Server with the following mods : EnduranceSeries, WCP2013, VLN2005 and F1 Classic 1967. These mods have modfied TBC and HDV files that i did (Better easier driving, AI fixes because they drive offline s**t as hell). I have enough experience to change those files so dont worry ;)

Serverdetails (MarkMods.com): Intel core i7 3770 @ 3.4 GHZ, 32 GB DDR3 RAM, Microsoft Windows 8 PRO 64bit connected at 1000 Mbit/s

The mods are working very good when i play them offline.

Problem:
When the AI is starting with Practice, they tend to slide in the corners and the whole drive looks totally unstable (wobbeling and jumping).
When the AI is doing the Qualifying....they drive normal and do very good laptimes (like in offline Qualifying).

When we start a race (mostly only with 3-4 Players and around 15-20 AIs, the AI is driving also good...BUT they round back. So in the first one or two laps maybe the 4th AI round back to place 16, or AI 16th round back to maybe 20.

This happens always randomly. I tried this many times when i start from the last place.

Im totally confused because this happened also when i try to host a server with my own PC so ist not a server problem. I also used a default multiplayer.ini and PLR....same problem. I also reworked some AI adjustments on the mods, espacially on the WCP F1 2013 because we are testing that mod atm.

I will attach the PLR, Multiplayer.ini, TBC and HDV File.

The AI lines in the F12013 mod look like this (HDV file):

So...maybe someone form ISI or another Forum-User maybe can help me with this problem. Im totally frustrated because we like to drive with AI online :)
