T500 problems

I have purchased the T500 but have been unable to get it to work correctly in Rfactor2. There is a delay in the steering when I turn the wheel nothing happens until about 1 second after then the car turns but the T500 jumps slightly there is always the delay. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you've loaded the latest firmware and drivers from the Thrustmaster site.

Thanks for your reply, I have downloaded the latest drivers and it is still the same. it is hesitant and I am not sure if the throttle and brakes are similar.
 
Problem resolved I had connected it to my USB hub and not directly to the port on the Motherboard
