Okay so the past couple days I have been toying around with this design program and I have no idea what I am doing. Do you have a model to use to make the render?
A render is a picture of a 3d model generated with in the 3d app. By the tone of your question I am wondering if you actually mean that you want someone to make the model?

no, those aren't it. like I want a 3d model that looks just like the car in the picture.

Ahh ok, well to be totally honest with you, the odds of someone just doing it for you are pretty slim. It can take beyond 1 month to build a car. In situations like this you usually have to pay someone to build you a model, but you will have to search google for that, I don't think it's right that anyone uses ISI forums to sell their services.
If you don't want to pay, you can either search google for a model that's already made, try the search string, [outlaw 3d model free]
or you can build it yourself. there are some free 3d apps out there like Blender and Gmax, but it's not easy to do.
