Renaming players in dedicated server

I have a special wish. We are running server with 8 connected clientsimulators and 1 spectator-pc.
Every start we have different drivers on clients. Is there any way to change the names on server, so that spectator-pc shows
the names of real drivers?
We have no time to exit game, rename plr-files, start the game, join the server. So I would like to rename the players while running game.
Is there any way for that?
 
renaming existing profiles without editing/restarting, I don't think that's possible unless someone out there created something smart i'm not aware of..

But you could setup multiple player profiles in rf1. if you know whom is going to race on forehand you can prepare everything in advanced.
you would create a profile called Denstjiro and when its my turn, I exit from server to main rf, change profile and re-join.

It does require 1 file to be renamed whilst preparing profiles. you can copy/paste and entire profile folder but the Denstjiro.PLR is the one that needs to be changed to tppohja.PLR so that your name shows. The folder itself can remain Denstjiro or get a group-name or whatever, wont matter for what's on display on the server.

It seems like a race center or something related. Wich makes impossible to know who came next right?
Dont know nothing that can be used to do that.
DOnt know how do you show names in the spectator-pc. Do you simply use the names above car ingame? Maybe theres some plugin that allow you to easily change the names, but i dont remember anything that could do that.

Do you use the spectator to stream to internet or you use some sort of projector to show in your place?
 
We have 128 drivers and we have almost 50 starts at one day, so renaming profiles, leaving server and then joining back is not a solution :).
We have only projector that shows the race, so no streaming to internet. The plan was to show the names of drivers over the cars, but I should propably forget that and think something else.
