Question about Vehicle Filter

I want a vehicle to be available with a certain series selected if it has a specific filter property. If a vehicle has the specified filter property, I want it to be available reguardless of whether or not other filter properties are present on that vehicle. How might I accomplish this?
 
If I understand you correctly, then you just have to specify its class in VEH file under "Classes" parameter, that will match you rFm mod filter.
