Error When Trying To Load Concord Oval

Hello,

When trying to load Concord International Speedway Synergy Fuels 600, the game hangs. When I ALT+TAB, I receive the error message "Error loading mesh file PITWALL_11.gmt to memory". I have tried reinstalling the track from the files on the server but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

rFactor V1.255
Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
Windows XP SP2 Compatability/Run as Admin
 
Without having the track here, that can't be answered.
Post a downloadlink of the trackversion you have, please.
 
It's the one that I downloaded that came with the sim. Sorry for the delay.
 
OK, that file don't exists in the MAS files.
Do the following:
- go into the installation folder into the subfolder "..\GameData\Locations\Concord_Intl_Speedway\CIS_Oval_600"
- open the file "CIS_Oval_600.SCN" with a texteditor.
- search for "pitwall_11"
- delete the 4 lines for that entry:

Instance=PitWall_11
{
MeshFile=PitWall_11.gmt CollTarget=True HATTarget=False ShadowC......
}

But be sure that you delete all 4 lines, including the brackets.
Save the file and start the game, the track should load normally now.
 
I don't remember that. I just have ~70 rFactor Installation folders where i can take a look. ;)
And it costs me just a few minutes.

And if i don't have the track/mod, i ask for a download-link.

I know how frustrating it can be when things don't work as they should, so i try to help if i can :)
