I hope they bring things forward on the simulation front, but I am acutely aware that accessibility will be king.

Yeah I genuinely think the DiRT Rally franchise was one of the better things to ever come out of CM. I hope to see a proper career involved in a WRC title from them. They do have a 5 year deal starting this year...
