Best mods thread?

I'm looking for good mods that I can race against AI. Preferably in a championship season mode. I'm a bit of a rfactor noob since I've only purchased it recently. I bought rf2 before rfactor. Lol.

I like old trans am and can am cars specifically but am open to anything. Thanks.

List are going to be as varied as they will be personal and it depends on how much time you spend in learning a mod and its characteristics.

GP79 is one of my favourites, we done 12 seasons with it in our league but the first season or two was a huge learning curve and not exactly 'awesome' if you catch my drift

The car should still be available when you have installed the full version.

Yes this mod is awesome !
Unfortunately there are no plans to bring this mod to rF2.
This was and is my favorite mod for rFactor. Listen to the turbo sound from the M1.
It sounds amazing and the cockpits and cars looks fantastic.
In combination with the better ffb it's a blast.

After years managing rfactor 1 leagues this is my top. Based on various things and on members reports.

(not in any particular order and obvious lacking some)

- Historic GT & Touring cars by Historix modding team
- DRM Revival by DRM Modding Team
- V8 Supercars by ORSM
- Endurance Series by Enduracers

This are the best of the best. Then you have a second level ones where you can find dozens of great mods like:

- All open wheeler mods by F1SR
- Blancpain Series by Gpfan & Alex Koda
- Touring Car Legends
- Rallyworld mod (so much work done in it, so much models).
- Etc

Theres much more good mods that´s hard to place them all like Formula Armaroli, Formula Renault 2.0......
